McAdam Financial, Supervisor to Face Job Suit Over Alleged Rape

McAdam Financial Group LLC and a former supervisor in its Boston office must face a female entry-level financial adviser’s suit alleging she was raped after an alcohol-fueled company-sponsored outing to celebrate the firm’s success.

Jane Doe 1’s Jan. 6 lawsuit adequately alleged that she was an employee of McAdam, that she was raped by Charles Norfleet, and that “McAdam is liable for a hostile work environment and retaliation under federal and New York law,” Judge Patti B.
