Materion Corp.’s lawsuit against France’s Lebronze Alloys over copper-nickel-tin alloy patents will move forward with narrowed claims, a federal judge in Delaware ruled.
Materion plausibly alleged that Lebronze’s Hardiall TS95 alloy, used in high-performance industrial applications, was sold or imported into the US, enough to keep the infringement claims alive, Judge Richard G. Andrews said in an order issued Thursday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
