District Moving Companies Inc. sued two other companies that operate in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia, accusing them of allegedly using its trademarks to confuse customers in the region.
District Moving alleges District Movers LLC and District Relocators Moving Company LLC are infringing the terms “District” and “District Moving” in order to allegedly profit off the company’s established goodwill.
