A former Montgomery College employee claims she was denied reasonable accommodations and eventually terminated by the Maryland school while on short-term disability leave in retaliation.
The college repeatedly denied Naana Boukharraz’s requests to work remotely due to her disability and implemented sick leave policies targeted at her, she alleged in a complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the District of Maryland.
