Marketing Agency Says Rival Infringing ‘High Level’ Trademark

A digital marketing agency wants a rival to stop using an alleged confusingly similar trademark, a lawsuit says.

High Level Marketing LLC says it has been using its name since 2009, and received registrations for the trademark before 2021, according to the complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. The company has marketed and sold goods and services throughout the United States, and uses the mark on its website—highlevelmarketing.com—and social media channels like LinkedIn and Facebook, the complaint says.
