A Black former deputy district attorney of Marin County, Calif., agreed to resolve his race- and gender-based discrimination claims stemming from the county’s allegedly improper performance evaluation.

Cameron Jones alleged that he was given a larger workload than his White, female colleagues after he disagreed with his supervisor about a case, according to a Feb. 1 order of the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
