A lawsuit against singer Marilyn Manson alleging sexual assault was revived Wednesday by a California appellate court, which ruled that the trial court wrongly dismissed the case as barred by the statute of limitations.
The California Court of Appeals ruled that the case was filed within the time limit because Manson’s ex-assistant suppressed memories of alleged traumatic incidents until 2020, and that she adequately alleged this is the date from which the clock begins.
