A Marathon Petroleum Logistics Services LLC employee can pursue claims that she was treated unequally based on sex, subjected to a sexually hostile environment, and retaliated against for complaining, a Pennsylvania federal judge ruled.

Allegations that the former worker was treated more poorly by her male supervisor and male colleagues than coworkers who aren’t women and that she was ultimately terminated supported her gender discrimination claims, the US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania said.
