Most of the plaintiffs who sued Thompson Coburn LLP and its client, Presbyterian Healthcare Services, over a data breach that impacted the personal info of more than 300,000 people have volunteered to dismiss their case.
Ten of the eleven named plaintiffs are listed in the notice of voluntary dismissal filed in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Plaintiff Jesse Martinez is not. Martinez’s case was transferred from New Mexico in August.
