The New York County District Attorney’s Office convinced a federal court to trim most of an ex-employee’s suit claiming she was pushed out for seeking to work from home for a respiratory condition.
Former victims notification specialist Annabelle Suarez can proceed with a claim that the prosecutor’s office retaliated against her for filing a complaint with the state’s Human Rights Division, the US District Court for the Southern District of New York said Monday, but the rest oher claims were dismissed.
