Madoff Investor Won’t Get Re-Trial in Ponzi Clawback Effort

RAR Entrepreneurial Fund Ltd. will not get a re-trial in a case where it was ordered to pay $18.9 million to the trustee in charge of liquidating Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities, a federal appeals court ruled Tuesday.
