Ex-MadiCorp Workers Receive Second Chance On Some Pay Claims

Two former MadiCorp workers have another chance to bring federal and state wages and hours claims related to driving other workers to laundromats without receiving pay, a federal judge said, after dismissing with prejudice other claims the workers had also brought.
