A luxury hair care company says that a rival infringes its trademark to a double-S logo with a confusingly similar mark.
Vicious Brands Inc, doing business as Saints & Sinners Haircare, says that at least since 2016, it has used a stylized double S logo in connection with various haircare goods, sometimes with the company’s name published below, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California. Saints & Sinners says federal trademarks for both versions, where the letters sit horizontally from each other, were issued in Dec. 2016.
