Luxury Plane Service Founder Accused of $7 Million Covid Fraud

The founder of a luxury plane service has been accused of a $7 million Medicare fraud using a web of healthcare service companies to make false claims for respiratory pathogen panel tests at the dawn of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Department of Justice filed the complaint against Patrick Britton-Harr and multiple entities he owns in the US District Court for the District of Maryland on Tuesday. The DOJ says Britton-Harr and his companies made over 24,000 false claims for over 300,000 RPP tests without valid physician orders.
