Lowe’s Gets Mixed Bag in Effort to Arbitrate Employees’ Claims

Two employees who were part of a joint action pursuing wage and hour claims against Lowe’s Home Centers LLC may not have to arbitrate their claims against the retailer, despite the fact most of the other named plaintiffs from the original class action do, a federal court said.
