Lowe’s Call Center Employees Seek Overtime Pay in Class Suit

Lowe’s Home Centers LLC required its hourly call center employees to work off the clock without pay, former call center employees alleged in a class action suit in federal district court in New Mexico.

Former Lowe’s employees Candice Molina and Christiana Baxter want the company to pay overtime wages and liquidated damages, according to a complaint filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico.
