Love’s Travel Stops, Managers Seek $2.5 Million Wage Settlement

A collective of current and former operations managers seeks approval of a $2,500,000 settlement with Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. after alleging it failed to pay them overtime wages.

James Stoddard and J.D. Ellis alleged that they were misclassified as exempt managerial employees alongside others who are part of a FLSA collective action filed in the US District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
