Louisiana, Care Services Management Resolve Medicaid Fraud Suit

Care Services Management LLC and other defendants reached a settlement with Louisiana in a suit alleging they engaged in a dental services kickback scheme that defrauded the state’s Medicaid program.

The parties filed Tuesday a stipulation of dismissal with the US District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. This filing follows a Sept. 30 court order from Judge Aleta A. Trauger stating the parties reached a settlement, and removing a jury trial from the court’s calendar.
