Lottery.com Executive Revives Wage Contract Claims on Appeal

A Lottery.com Inc. executive can again pursue his lawsuit alleging the company violated his employment contract by failing to pay his salary and reimburse his business expenses for over two years, a federal appeals court said.

The district court improperly dismissed Ryan Peterson’s breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and quantum meruit claims under Texas state law, the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit said Wednesday in a per curiam, unpublished opinion.
