Judge David A. Ezra of the US District Court for the Western District of Texas dismissed the claims Wednesday after Bandspeed notified the court of the agreement.
The terms of the settlement are not stated in the court docket, and counsel for Bandspeed didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
The patents at issue are “inventive features and combinations” to avoid interference over communications channels by “frequency hopping,” according to the complaint.
