Logan Paul Ignored Partners’ Fraud in Crypto Game, Investor Says

An investor in Logan Paul’s failed CryptoZoo game is requesting a federal judge to deny the YouTuber default judgment against two business partners Paul says defrauded him.

Paul, along with a team of others, attempted to launch a cryptocurrency-based game called CryptoZoo. The game would’ve allowed participants to purchase CryptoZoo Non-Fungible Tokens and gain in-game cryptocurrency. Lead plaintiff Don Holland brought a class action against Paul and a slew of other defendants, asserting they were all severally liablefor fraudulently misrepresenting to the public the project would be functional despite knowing it wouldn’t.
