Logan Paul Associates Shouldn’t Face CryptoZoo Suit, Judge Says

Logan Paul‘s manager and a contributor of his failed cryptocurrency venture shouldn’t have to face CryptoZoo Inc. customers’ lawsuit, a magistrate judge said.

The investors’ complaint—which targets Paul and other CryptoZoo creators—was devoid of any alleged misstatements by associate Ophir Bentov and lacked specifics for a fraud claim against manager Jeffrey Levin, Magistrate Judge Ronald C. Griffin said Monday.

Both California residents have barely any ties to the US District Court for the Western District of Texas, where the case was filed, to warrant jurisdiction, Griffin said, recommending the presiding judge not let the purchasers amend claims against Levin ...
