Lockheed Martin to Face Ex-Worker’s Disability Retaliation Suit

Lockheed Martin Corp. shed part of a former employee’s disability bias suit over a 2020 Covid-19 masking incident, but still must face claims that it retaliated against him.

Brian McIntosh alleged he has post-traumatic stress disorder and that he and Lockheed agreed that he could wear face shield instead of a mask covering in the office because of this. Despite that agreement, McIntosh said he got into an altercation with several people including a general manager over his lack of a shield when he first entered the building, and was suspended without pay a few days later.
