Lockheed Martin Settles Mental Disability Discrimination Claim

Lockheed Martin reached a settlement Monday to resolve claims that it violated disability accommodations for a warehouse employee in Tarrant County, Texas.

Plaintiff Nina Taylor filed state and federal claims against the aeronautics company in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas, citing the American with Disabilities Act and Texas Commission on Human Rights Act.

Taylor said her supervisor did not comply with requests to use written communication as an accommodation for her disability, according to her complaintfiled July 2024.
