Littler Mendelson PC and retail technology and media company Swiftly Systems Inc. have reached an agreement with a former Swiftly executive to settleclaims that the law firm helped instigate retaliation against the ex-employee, a federal judge said.
The parties have “reached a settlement in principle,” Judge Katherine Polk Failla, of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, said in a Tuesday order dismissing the case without prejudice.
