Little Caesars Pizza, a restaurant management company, and several franchisees are accused of cheating hourly employees out of overtime wages and firing those who complained, according to a lawsuit filed in Pennsylvania federal court.
The proposed class action was brought by Lamont Hall and Alvin Lett, who worked at Little Caesars locations in Delaware. It alleges civil conspiracy, negligence, and Fair Labor Standards Act violations. Hall and Lett seek to represent “hundreds” of similarly situated employees employed at Little Caesars locations across the country.
