Little Caesars Managers Deserve Overtime Pay, Lawsuit Alleges

Little Caesar Enterprises Inc. misclassified restaurant managers as exempt from overtime even though they spend most of their time performing the same tasks as hourly workers, a new suit alleges in federal court in New York.

A former manager accused the pizza chain and several entities who own and operate its Little Caesars stores of failing to pay him overtime even though he typically worked more than 50 hours per week, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of New York.
