Lionsgate to Face Actress’ Religious Bias Suit Over Vax Mandate

An actress who didn’t appear on the second season of the Lions Gate Entertainment Inc. TV show “Run the World” because she refused to take a Covid-19 vaccine can pursue her federal religious discrimination claims.

But Andrea Bordeaux can’t pursue religious bias claims against Lionsgate and World Productions Inc. under California law, the US District Court for the Central District of California said Wednesday.
