A former development executive with a reality TV company accused Lions Gate Entertainment Inc. of discrimination for firing her while she was on maternity leave.
Susan Merwin sued Lionsgate, Renegade Entertainment, LLC and Renegade 83, Inc. as her joint employers in California Superior Court, Los Angeles County, alleging that her supervisor ran her department “like a ‘boy’s club’.”
