LifeStance to Pay $3 Million in Revised Web Tracking Settlement

LifeStance Health Group Inc. agreed to pay over $3 million to settle mental health patients’ online tracking class action in a deal altered after a federal judge expressed concerns that the attorneys’ fees request lacked sufficient basis.

Class counsel would receive more than $750,000 in attorneys’ fees under the revised settlement agreement submitted Wednesday for preliminary approval in the US District Court for the District of Arizona.
