LifeStance Health Patients Advance Suit Over Meta Info Sharing

Mental-health services provider LifeStance Health Group Inc. must face most claims of a proposed class action alleging it shared the personal information of patients with Meta Platforms Inc. without their consent.

Lead plaintiffs Montana Strong and Debra Yick adequately pleaded wiretap claims under the Electronic Communications Privacy Act and the California Invasion of Privacy Act, Judge Krissa M. Lanham of the US District Court for the District of Arizona said Tuesday.
