LifeStance Health Group Must Defend Unpaid Wage, Kickback Claims

LifeStance Health Group Inc. failed to shake off claims that the mental health provider violated federal labor law by treating clinicians’ wages as “advances” they had to repay if they failed to meet certain metrics.
