Life Sciences Logistics Upends HHS Award in GAO Protest Action

Life Sciences Logistics LLC won a challenge to the federal government’s award of a $237.8 million contract for pharmaceutical warehousing services to competing bidder Integrated Quality Solutions LLC.

The procurement should be reopened because LSL showed that IQS didn’t satisfy the solicitation’s requirements, and the government didn’t discuss with LSL the weaknesses it found in its proposal, the US Government Accountability Office said in a ruling released Tuesday.
