LG Chem Ltd. exited another vape-battery burn suit for lack of jurisdiction, as a federal court in Washington said the South Korean conglomerate’s contacts in the state aren’t closely enough linked to the plaintiff’s claims.

LG Chem has contested jurisdiction in courts across the US in numerous vape battery burn suits, with mixed results.
