WCG Clinical Services LLC denied claims it intentionally missed revenue targets to avoid post-merger payments to health care technology company Trifecta Multimedia Holdings Inc. and its founder, in a Delaware Court of Chancery hearing.
Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster appeared skeptical of WCG’s arguments during the hearing Wednesday over the private equity-backed firm’s motion to dismiss. Laster pressed attorneys for both companies for specifics.
