A Virginia woman dropped her lawsuit accusing Apollo Global Management co-founder Leon Black of raping her in 2002 in Jeffrey Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse.

Lawyers for Cheri Pierson and Black said in a court filing Thursday that the 2022 complaint against the billionaire is discontinued and can’t be refiled.
