Lenovo laptop owners who alleged the company knowingly sold defective 2-in-1 devices received final approval for their class settlement Wednesday from the US District Court for the District of Minnesota.
The settlement allows class members, defined as all end-user consumers who currently possess a class laptop that was purchased in the US for personal or business use, to receive free repairs and cash payments up to $100.
