Lemonaid Patients Drop Suit Over Info Sharing With Meta, Google

Five patients dropped their proposed class action alleging that telehealth provider Lemonaid Health Inc. disclosed their personal information to Meta Platforms Inc. and Google LLC without their consent, in violation of federal and state privacy laws.

The parties filed a joint stipulation of voluntary dismissal with prejudice Thursday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
