Leidos, Former Worker Must Arbitrate Sex Bias Claims, Court Says

A former senior construction manager’s sex bias claims against Leidos Inc. must be arbitrated, a federal magistrate said Tuesday.

Both Jocelyn Hairston and Leidos agreed that her claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act are subject to arbitration—but disagreed as to whether her Title VII claim is likewise subject to arbitration.
