Leidos Faults Veteran Employee Scoring in $61 Billion VA Protest

Leidos Inc. says it was improperly denied a contract under the US Department of Veterans Affairs’ nearly $61 billion information technology procurement, known as Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation 2, or T4NG2.

Leidos said it would have had a substantial chance to receive a contract, had the VA adhered to solicitation requirements for crediting bidders for employing veterans, the company said in its partially redacted complaint with the US Court of Federal Claims made public Thursday. Leidos filed its complaint under seal April 9, which was consolidated with other protests.
