Leidos’ CIA Support Contract Challenged by SOS International

SOS International LLC says the Central Intelligence Agency’s decision to award Leidos Inc. an intelligence support contract and task order is “materially flawed.”

SOS submitted a more competitive bid for the CROSSCUTTER contract, and the $26 million BOLTCUTTER task order, it told the US Court of Federal Claims in a partially redacted complaint made public Wednesday. The court should permanently enjoin the award and order the CIA to re-evaluate proposals, it said.
