Three employees of stadium-management company Legends International LLC dropped their consolidated lawsuit against the company over a November 2024 data breach.
Lead plaintiffs Julianne Cook, Dominique Barlow, and Katherine Heldreth filed a notice of voluntary dismissal Monday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Legends is an operator of many high-profile sports venues, including AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, and Caesars Superdome, home of the New Orleans Saints.
