Legal Soft Worker Says She Was Fired for Voicing Labor Concerns

A fomer chief of staff at Legal Soft Inc., a virtual staffing and marketing service for law firms, says the company terminated her without notice in retaliation for speaking up about allegedly illegal labor practices.

Sanaz Rafailzadeh said before her employment was terminated she told her supervisor, CEO Hamid Kohan, whose legal name is Hamid Kohanfars, that Legal Soft was illegally misclassifying workers as independent contractors, according to her complaint filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court.
