ETZ Hayim Holdings SPC allegedly failed to protect the personal information of 42,000 people that was exposed in a data breach that took place between March and June, according to a proposed federal class action.
Deborah Cimino alleged that ETZ Hayim, which does business as Lazarus Naturals, failed to encrypt or redact its customer’s sensitive information and that class members have suffered actual identity theft and misuse of their data since the breach occurred.
