A federal appeals court panel said Tuesday it might lack jurisdiction to resolve a fight at University of Wyoming over the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority accepting a biological male as a member.
During oral arguments in Denver, judges on the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit said a lower court’s ruling rejecting a challenge to the admittance of transgender woman Artemis Langford might not be final because it left open the door to revive the complaint.
