A lawyer says two former clients allegedly used photos she owns of herself at work without her permission to post a negative online review.
Lili Bell sued Yizhi Liu and Ziqi Liu for copyright infringement, after they allegedly published the copyrighted pictures in a “series of social media posts attacking the law firm and Lili Bell directly.” According to the complaint, filed in the US District Court for the Central District of California, the pair allegedly refused to pay for the law firm’s legal services as required by a retainer agreement and made false statements on a social media forum ...
