A Chicago lawyer accused of legal malpractice in a wrongful death case skipped his initial court date on Thursday, after a second attempt to serve him with summons to appear and answer the charges against him was unsuccessful.
Kimary Lee alleged in her complaint that she hired lawyer Timothy Touhy on behalf of the estate of Faye Brown to seek damages against Loyola Medical Center and its physicians and health care providers for the treatment Brown received in 2012.
