Law School Grad With Sex Crime Conviction Can Take Ohio Bar Exam

A law school graduate convicted of downloading child pornography in 2007 can take the Ohio bar exam next month, the state Supreme Court said Wednesday, determining that he had worked to successfully address his problems.

The court also said Zachary Charles Daubenmire, who works as a law clerk for a firm in suburban Columbus, may apply to practice law in Ohio.
