A federal judge in Georgia on Wednesday threw out claims from a former Mercer University law professor who said the school retaliated against her for requesting accommodations and leave due to long-term Covid complications.
Latisha Nixon-Jones didn’t present concrete evidence that the school created a hostile work environment, US District Court for the Middle District of Georgia Judge Tilman E. Self III said while granting summary judgment to the school.
