Laura Loomer’s Facebook Censorship Suit Loses at Appeals Court

Conservative political activist Laura Loomer failed to revive her lawsuit alleging Meta Platforms Inc. and the former Twitter Inc. colluded with advertisers to ban her from the social media platforms.

The a three-judge panel for the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit Thursday upheld a lower court’s dismissal of Loomer’s case, finding that she couldn’t plausibly claim that the platforms and a major advertiser, Procter & Gamble Co., violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

The ruling marks Loomer’s fourth failed lawsuit targeting social media platforms for banning or censoring her accounts.
